Not actual sea moss (Irish sea moss) still edible and also gels and no its not fake or pool grown unless her supplier started so. Keep in mind there are 4 different mosses/ seaweeds that are sold as Irish Sea moss but only 1 of them 4 actually is.
I get this from the Caribbean stores and it come out the ocean full of sand and kelp. I clean it well tho.

Hey, have you tried intermitten fasting, it allows you to eat within a certain time frame you should check it out
Yes I love intermittent fasting but for some reason I’m not dropping weight. I decided to go back to basics with the shakes to kick my body into gear with protein and then I will intermittent fast.
@@LivingIrving I gained so much weight since retirement that I've been doing intermitten fast plus walking on treadmill seeing results slowly
@debbiekeenan6997 Yes this is retirement weight for me 😂 it’s so hot outside to walk and I just don’t like exercise unless it’s me cleaning or something.

I wasn’t given a stage. I have hair regrowth in certain areas and some dead follicles that will never return.
